🖥️ ThinkPad E490s / S3-490 | LCD Front Bezel | Black | ThinkShutter | 02DL937

Genuine Lenovo LCD front bezel in black with a mechanical ThinkShutter camera cover designed for the Lenovo ThinkPad E490s and its twin model, the ThinkPad S3-490. Brand new part marked with FRU number 02DL937. FRU 02DL937 guarantees full compatibility with the ThinkPad E490s / S3-490.

⚙️ PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

The front bezel frames the 14" display panel, covers its edges and protects them from pressure. At the top there is a camera window with a ThinkShutter slider that covers the lens with a single flick of a finger. The bezel attaches with clips around its perimeter and has an "S3" print in the lower left corner, marking the ThinkPad S3-490 version, which is technically a twin of the E490s. • Problem with a broken or stuck ThinkShutter that will not slide
• Problem with broken clips after a previous screen replacement
• Problem with a scratched or worn bezel that spoils the look of the laptop

🔧 INSTALLATION PROCESS

1. Turn off the laptop and disconnect the power and all external devices

3. Work the tool around the perimeter until all the clips release, then remove the bezel
4. Remove the factory protective tapes from the new bezel and the protective film from the camera window
5. Fit the new bezel, line up the camera window with the camera module and press around the perimeter until the clips snap into place
