1. What parts can I find at ABCDEAL?

We specialise in parts and accessories for Lenovo laptops: ThinkPad, IdeaPad, ThinkBook, Yoga, Legion and other series. Our offer includes:

  • cases (palmrests, bottom panels, LCD bezels),
  • LCD/LED displays,
  • keyboards,
  • power supplies and batteries,
  • LVDS cables, fans, heatsinks,
  • internal components (drives, RAM, WiFi/BT modules).

2. Are the offered parts original?

Yes. Our offer includes original parts (OEM, factory-new or removed from Lenovo laptops) and, for certain items (e.g. power supplies, batteries), high-quality replacements. We always indicate this in the product description under the Condition section.

3. How can I check whether a part fits my laptop model?

Each product description lists the laptop models the part fits (in the Compatible with section). The most reliable method is to check the Part Number (P/N) of the part – you will find it on the existing part in your laptop or in the Lenovo service documentation. It is best to also provide us with the Serial Number (S/N) or TYPE marking of your laptop – we will help you find the right part. You can find the Serial Number and TYPE in three places:

  • on the sticker on the bottom of the laptop (sometimes under the battery),
  • in BIOS – press F1/F2 at startup, go to the Main tab → Machine Type / Serial Number,
  • in Windows – Settings → System → About, or open PowerShell (right-click the Start menu → Terminal / Windows PowerShell) and type: Get-CimInstance Win32_ComputerSystemProduct | Select Name, IdentifyingNumber.

If you are unsure – write to us, providing this information along with the laptop model (e.g. "ThinkPad T480, type 20L5") and a description of what you are looking for.

4. How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1 business day from finalisation (payment confirmation or cash-on-delivery confirmation).

  • DHL, DPD, GLS, FedEx, UPS, InPost courier – usually the next business day
  • InPost Parcel Locker – usually 1–2 business days
  • Poczta Polska (Pocztex48) – usually 1–2 business days
  • International shipping (EU) – usually 3–7 business days, depending on the country

5. What payment methods are available?

  • Payment card and BLIK – via Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.)
  • Bank transfer to our mBank S.A. account (PLN and EUR)
  • Cash on delivery – payment to the courier upon receipt
  • Cash – on personal pickup at our premises

6. Will I receive a VAT invoice?

Yes. Each order is accompanied by a fiscal receipt or – upon request – a 23% Polish VAT invoice. To receive an invoice, provide your company details and tax ID (NIP / EU VAT number) in the order form (or tick the "I want a VAT invoice" option).

📄 0% VAT-UE invoice (intra-community supply) – ABCDEAL is a registered, active VAT payer in Poland and a registered VAT EU / VAT OSS payer. For businesses from another EU country we issue invoices with 0% VAT (intra-community supply of goods), if BOTH of the following conditions are met:

  • the buyer is a registered, active EU VAT payer (VAT number verified in the VIES system),
  • the goods are shipped from Poland outside the country to another EU member state (personal pickup or delivery to a Polish address does NOT qualify for 0% VAT).

7. Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes. Personal pickup is possible at our premises:

8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship throughout the European Union and to selected non-EU countries. The cost depends on the destination country (prepayment only):

  • 40 PLN – Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia
  • 50 PLN – Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Netherlands
  • 60 PLN – Croatia, Luxembourg
  • 70 PLN – France, Italy, Portugal, Spain
  • 80 PLN – Finland, Iceland, Ireland, Norway
  • 30 PLN – Switzerland (registered postal parcel, up to 0.5 kg, max 15×10×3 cm)

9. How can I return purchased goods?

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The same right applies to sole proprietors when the purchase does not have a professional character for them.

To return goods:

  1. Send a withdrawal statement to sklep@abcdeal.pl (you will find a template form in our Terms and Conditions – Appendix No. 1).
  2. We will generate a return form link or inform you of the next steps.
  3. Send the goods back to our company address at your own expense – we do not accept cash-on-delivery returns.
  4. You will receive a refund (including the cheapest original shipping cost) within 14 days of receiving the parcel.

10. What should I do if the purchased part is defective?

We sell only defect-free goods. If something turns out otherwise – you have the right to file a complaint under the statutory warranty (2 years):

  1. Submit a complaint by e-mail: sklep@abcdeal.pl, providing the order number, defect description and your request (repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal).
  2. After we agree on the details, send the goods back – if the complaint is accepted, we reimburse the return shipping cost.
  3. We will respond within 14 days of the report.

11. Can I order a part that is not in the shop?

Yes – if you have the P/N of the part or the exact laptop model, write to us. We will try to find the part you need. Feel free to contact us by e-mail or phone.

12. Do you offer wholesale prices or B2B cooperation?

Yes, we cooperate with companies and computer service centres. For larger quantities or ongoing cooperation – contact us for an individual quote.

13. Does ABCDEAL have a loyalty programme?

Yes, we offer the following benefits to our customers:

  • Free domestic shipping from 500 PLN — applied automatically to prepaid orders (bank transfer, BLIK, card) shipped within Poland. Optionally you can also enter the code WYSYLKA500 at checkout. Does not apply to cash-on-delivery or international shipping.
  • Individual discounts for regular customers — if you order parts from us regularly, contact us and we will agree on terms of ongoing cooperation.
  • Pricing for repair shops and businesses — individual quotes for larger wholesale orders.
  • Technical support before purchase — we will help you select the right part for your Lenovo model. Use the chat on the website or call us.

Note: If you return part of an order shipped with free shipping and the remaining value falls below 500 PLN, the free shipping discount will be deducted from the refund (an amount equal to the standard shipping cost: approx. 17–18 PLN).
