Shipping and Returns

🚚 Shipping

We ship the offered items via the following carriers: DHL, DPD, GLS, FedEx, UPS, InPost and Poczta Polska.

We make every effort to dispatch shipments no later than one business day after the order is finalised. Orders placed:

• by 10:00 – DHL, DPD, GLS, FedEx, UPS courier shipments
• by 14:00 – InPost Parcel Locker and Poczta Polska

are dispatched the same day (except weekends and public holidays).

Prices listed above are gross prices and include 23% VAT (see VAT EU section below for B2B exemption with 0% VAT).

📄 VAT invoice and VAT EU / VAT OSS

We issue 23% Polish VAT invoices on every request – simply enter your tax ID (NIP / EU VAT) in the cart, in the field „VAT invoice" / „Tax ID". The PDF invoice is sent by email after the order is dispatched; on request we also include a printed copy in the parcel.

ABCDEAL is a registered, active VAT payer in Poland and a registered VAT EU / VAT OSS payer.

For a buyer who is also a registered, active EU VAT payer from another EU member state, where goods are shipped from Poland outside the country to another EU member state, the transaction qualifies as an intra-community supply of goods (ICS) with 0% VAT.

In such a case, please contact us before purchasing (sklep@abcdeal.pl) — we will verify the EU VAT number in the VIES system and issue the 0% VAT invoice.

↩️ Returns (right of withdrawal)

As a Consumer (or a Consumer-Entrepreneur conducting sole proprietorship activity where the purchase does not have a professional character for you), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

How to return goods – step by step:

1. Send a withdrawal statement to sklep@abcdeal.pl. You may use the ready-made template – Appendix No. 1 to our Terms and Conditions.
2. We will confirm receipt of the statement by email and generate a return form link.
3. Send the goods back within 14 days of the withdrawal date to:

4. You will receive a refund (including the cheapest original shipping cost) within 14 days of receiving the parcel, by the same payment method you used.

Notes:

• The cost of return shipping is borne by the Buyer – we do not accept cash-on-delivery returns.
• The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured according to the Consumer's specifications or serving their individualised needs.
• Partial return and free shipping: if the original order qualified for free shipping (500 PLN threshold or code WYSYLKA500) and the value of returned items causes the remaining order to fall below 500 PLN, the free shipping discount will be deducted from the refund (an amount equal to the standard shipping cost, approx. 17–18 PLN).

🏢 B2B Returns (business purchases on invoice)

Returns of orders purchased by a business (on an invoice with VAT/tax ID) are not subject to the statutory right of withdrawal — they are handled on an individual basis. Please contact us before sending back any goods (sklep@abcdeal.pl).

• Return shipping cost is borne by the Buyer — same as for consumer returns.
• Free shipping and returns: if the original order qualified for free shipping, the standard shipping cost (which would have applied without the discount) will be deducted from the refund.

🛠️ Complaints (statutory warranty for defects)

We sell only goods free from defects. Should a defect be found, you are entitled to file a complaint under the statutory warranty for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery.

Send your complaint to sklep@abcdeal.pl, providing the order number, defect description and your request (repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal from the contract). We will respond to the complaint within 14 days.
