The palmrest comes with and without a fingerprint reader - these are different parts. Check whether your laptop has a reader and pick the matching version; when ordering also give the case colour.

Is the keyboard replaced separately in the IdeaPad 3?

As standard the whole "palmrest with keyboard" is replaced, because the keyboard is riveted (heat-staked) to the palmrest. Replacing just the keyboard is possible but harder - it requires cutting the rivets and experience to avoid damaging the palmrest. This is the case in most IdeaPads. How is the IdeaPad 3 15 different from the IdeaPad 3 Gaming 15?

The IdeaPad 3 Gaming 15 is a separate model with a thicker case, stronger cooling and a different layout - its parts (cases, palmrest, cables) don't fit the regular IdeaPad 3 15. When buying, make sure which version you have, because the parts are not interchangeable.
