How does the ThinkPad P15 differ from the P15v and P15s?

These are three different machines despite the similar name. The P15 is a full, powerful workstation (H/HX-class processors, fast Quadro/RTX graphics, strong cooling). The P15v is a cheaper, lighter, lower-tier version, and the P15s is in practice a light business ThinkPad with entry-level graphics. Do parts from the ThinkPad P53 fit the P15?

The P15 is the successor of the P53 and some chassis elements are similar, but they are separate designs - many components are not interchangeable. The safest choice is a part listed for the P15 directly, by FRU number.
