What charger does the P16s Gen 2 use?

The P16s Gen 2 charges with a standard USB-C charger - there is no dedicated charger FRU, since it is a universal connector shared across the newer ThinkPad family. We do stock the power board inside the case - an internal electronics component, not the external charger.

Does the case from the P16s Gen 1 fit the Gen 2?

No - the bottom case changed between generations (a different FRU number, a different finish color - Gen 2 is available in silver). Choose a case explicitly marked as Gen 2 from the Cases and bezels section above.
